Don’t Be An Ostrich!
When it comes to your online reputation and online complaint management, don’t be an ostrich! Everyone has heard of or seen how an ostrich hides its head in a hole. Don’t hide from or ignore your online reputation or it WILL get worse. Take positive action and be proactive about your online reputation management.

Another common occurrence with business and individuals is that they say they can not afford to pay a fee to clean up their online complaints because they have lost so much money because of the complaints. One example is we talked to a client last month that said they have lost over $100,000.00 over the past 6 months because of the complaints and our quote to help them and remove the complaints was $3500.00. They said that the fee was too high! Lets do some simple business math here. If you have lost $100K and will most likely loose another $100k for a total of a whopping $200,000.00, then spending (investing) $3500.00 should be a must. I would spend $3500 a day if it meant making or saving $200k.
Reputation management is not a wasted expense, it is a smart investment and as with all smart investments there is going to be some sort of ROI *Return On Investment. You must take action to make something positive happen.
