If you are a client or a prospective client and are having trouble getting through to us by phone please read the following information:
Within a few days our new client management system will be online where you can quickly contact us. The new online system will help us better serve our existing and future clients. Our phones are very busy all the time and if you have trouble getting us by phone you can always email us for a quicker repy. By using the new online client management system you will gain access to the fastest way to contact us.
Remember we work strange hours! Since we cater to many people on the West coast we sometime work off of PST. If you try calling us too early EST you may reach a recording. It is best to wait till about 11 AM EST to reach us. We are in the office early but may be answering emails and preparing for the day.
